The participants are given of the status of health screening result as an incentive after taking part in the project. The screening result sheet consists of anthropometry measurement, biochemistry analysis, blood pressure measurement, lung function test, body composition analysis and full blood count analysis. PARTICIPANT’S HEALTH STATUS : FOLLOW UP STUDY
As a prospective, The Malaysian Cohort has to follow up the health status of the participants of every six month. Every event regarding to the health status event such us treatment, ward admission and mortality will be retrieved and recorded manually and keyed in the CIMS e-Medical Record. Two methodologies have been used for this process; by using six monthly Health Diary and six monthly phone call interview, The Malaysian Cohort are now working with National Registration Department in order to get more information upon mortalities.
