Cohort Information Management System is developed in order to manage all the collected data during the pre and post recruitment process such as registration, questionnaire, biospecimen, biophysical, medical record, quality control and follow up. There are two type of subsystems, one is Data Collection Management System (DCMS) and another one is Database Management System (DBMS). Each system have several modul depends on to their functionalities and locations.
